ProCoat Painters also provides quality services for custom home builders for the following contractors:

ProCoat Painters will warrant the paint job for a period of five years from the date the job is completed against defects in workmanship.  The following criteria must be met in order for the warranty to be honored:

• The contract price must be paid in full.
• The customer must retain a copy of the original contract with agent’s signature.
• The customer must retain a copy of the cancelled check or some other proof that the payment was made in full.
• The property must be reasonably accessible for the repairs to be done.

Having met the above criteria, ProCoat Painters will:

• Perform any covered repairs to the level of surface preparation as specified in the contract.
• Perform covered repairs only in the specific areas where failure has occurred.
• Perform the repairs with no labor charges to the original purchaser.

The following issues are not covered under this warranty:

• Moisture damage causing the paint to fail.
• Painted or stained roofs.
• Any horizontal surface.
• Any work where ProCoat Painters did not supply the materials.
• Exterior varnished surfaces.
• Cracks in drywall or plaster.
• Failure due to structural conditions such as settling or shifting.
• Mildew.
• Rotten wood.
• Cost of the paint.
• Exact color match since painted surfaces tend to change color over time.

The is the only expressed warranty made by ProCoat Painters and applies only to those painting services provided to the original purchaser who is identified on the contract.  ProCoat Painters shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the breach of this contract.
