Frequently Asked Questions

Our Interior Process

Set Up
All furniture is moved to the center (if applicable) and covered with new, clean plastic.  Floors are covered with drop cloths, craft paper, or plastic.

Prep Work
Based on your direction at the time of your estimate, we will fill nail holes, seal stains, and caulk trim and sand areas that need our attention.  We believe that prep work is the key to a professional paint job.

Application of Paint
All areas primed receive a high quality primer and painted with premium paint to a uniformed finish through out the room.

Inspection of Work
We inspect every job so that it meets our standards of a professional paint contractor.  We invite you to walk the room with us after we have completed our own touch ups.

Clean
We will place your furniture back where it belongs and sweep or vacuum any debris from the floor and remove all tape and plastic.

Our Exterior Process

Set Up
Based on your proposal, we will power wash your exterior areas to be worked on.  We will neatly set aside your screens or outdoor furniture.  We will remove dirt and mildew from the areas that we are painting.

Prep Work
We will scrape loose paint, fill all nail holes, caulk all areas appropriate for caulking, and give you an estimate for any additional rotten wood we find while prepping your home.

Painting
All areas that were scraped for loose paint will be spot primed.  Based on your proposal, your house will receive either one or two coats of premium paint.

Clean Up
We will clean our job site daily.

Final Inspection
We will inspect your home, and then invite you to walk the home with us.  Your warranty information is included in the final package with your paint colors for your project.
